Non Alcoholic Drinks:
There’s a whole new world to explore.
Non Alcoholic Spirits, Wine and Beer
How to make non-alcoholic drinks at home.
The Non Alcoholic Category is One to be Respected
Not that long ago, if you wanted to have a non-alcoholic drink at home, you were limited to a few alcohol-free beers and non-alcohol wines. Some were better than others, but most felt like an afterthought by the manufacturers who wanted to add an option to their line-up.
Those days are gone.
The non-alcoholic (NA) beverage category is undergoing a welcome and much needed transformation in terms of a full range of new and unique NA product options that are being conceived first and foremost to produce a quality product option, and not as a token zero alcohol option in a line-up.
Not only is the NA spirits category seeing some very impressive and unique product options, but non-alcoholic beer and wine have also seen major improvements in product quality and taste.
Who are NA Drinks for?
The non-alcoholic craft cocktail, beer and wine category isn’t only for your friends who don’t drink or for someone who is pregnant. Instead, the impressive and intriguing alcohol-free distilled beverage sector is creating categories that never really existed.
Sure, these products can be crafted into great “mocktails” for guests who don’t drink, but they are so much more. They’re great for guests who do drink, but maybe they want to slow down the pace, but still enjoy a well-balanced cocktail. Or maybe they don’t want to drink today. Or, in some cases, these new distilled alcohol-free spirits are being used as ingredients in traditional cocktails.
No matter how you look at it, one thing is for sure: high quality craft alcohol-free spirits, wine and beer are a welcome addition to the social drinking category and they deserve a place in any home bar that wants to offer a fully inclusive range of options to your guests.
